OUR VISION & MISSION
What Stephen Believes
Restoring the Culture of Winning in Brockton Schools Starts With Us
Stephen Pina doesn’t believe in managing decline — he believes in building a school system that teaches kids how to win. The Champion City Project isn’t a slogan. It’s a mission. A 15-point battle plan to take back our classrooms, demand results, and give every student in Brockton a shot at a real future — not just a diploma.
Stephen’s vision is grounded in one clear principle: accountability at every level. If students are failing, we look at the adults in charge. If trades programs are unavailable, we build our own. If parents are being shut out, we tear the doors open. This campaign isn’t about politics — it’s about discipline, direction, and dignity for every student, teacher, para, janitor, and cafeteria worker in the district.
He’s not here to ask permission. He’s here to restore the City of Champions — and that starts with you. Volunteers are the backbone of this movement. This isn’t about big money or insiders. This is about neighbors knocking doors, spreading the message, and making sure that come November, Brockton sends a message that can’t be ignored: We’re done losing.

Let’s Do Something
has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s.
What it Takes to Join the Team
Volunteering for this campaign isn’t about holding signs and smiling for cameras — it’s about putting in the work to fix what’s broken. If you believe in discipline, results, and doing right by Brockton’s kids, then we’ll ride with you. But if you’re just here for the T-shirt, this ain’t your campaign.
This is a movement — and like any team that wins, it starts with commitment.
